“Angel was very nice and the car looked great. The reason this was not a 5 is because I don't believe the hand wax on exterior was done. I saw them wash the car, detail the interior, clean the rugs but did not see the hand wax. I would have noticed them waxing the sides or top. I mentioned that to Angel and he said it was done. The hood did not look waxed. Anyway I took Angel at his word and am pleased with how clean the car is. It was dirty. Sincerely, Arla Norton. P.s. it might be a good idea for the workers to have a listing of what each service includes so they can check off each process. It can't be easy for them to remember what each package includes.”

“The detailer did not do the job properly. The center console had sun block spilled and he never touched it. The area surrounding the center console did not even appear to be touched, there was dirt, crumbs, etc... Still on the gear shift, carpet, and surrounding are. I sent the detailer a message stating my dissatisfaction and he told me he would make it right. It's been over a week and I haven't heard from him. Just bad services and poor work”
